在阿诗玛的故乡——石林，体验具有浓浓彝族撒尼风情的火把节。

In Ashima's hometown - Stone Forest, experience the Torch Festival with strong Yi Sani customs.

撒尼人在火把节当天迎接圣火，举行盛大的摔跤、斗牛比赛，唱着欢快的撒尼民歌，跳起火热的大三弦舞，万人篝火狂欢，彻夜不息。

Sani people welcome the holy flame on the day of Torch Festival, holding a grand wrestling, bullfighting competition, singing cheerful Sani folk songs, dancing the fiery big three-stringed dance, ten thousand people in the bonfire carnival, no resting all night.

斗牛是延续了数千年的传统，是血液中流淌的热情和勇敢。在这里，一睹“东方斗牛”的野性和魅力。

Bullfighting is a tradition that has lasted for thousands of years and is the passion and courage flowing in the blood. Here, take a glimpse of wildness and charm of "Oriental Bullfight" .

摔跤场上，看彝族摔跤好手过招。红土飞扬，欢呼声惊叫声响彻四方。

Watch Yi wrestlers compete in the wrestling arena. Red earth is flying, cheers and exclaiming resounding through all directions.

大三弦一响，脚就会跟着跳起来。旋律优美， 热烈的场面常使舞者和观众热血沸腾。

When the big three-stringed rings, the feet jump along with it. The melodious and passionate scene often makes the dancers and the audience excited.

心潮澎湃的晋宁

Surging Jining

晋宁夕阳彝乡是彝族、哈尼族、汉族聚居的地方，在火把节的时候会摆上让人目不暇接的哈尼长街宴，点燃熊熊篝火，迎接福瑞。

The setting sun in Jinning Yi Township is the place where Yi, Hani and Han ethnic groups live together. During the Torch Festival, there will be a dizzying Hani long street banquet, lighting a bonfire to welcome blessings and auspiciousness.

夜幕降临后，火堆燃烧起来。彝族同胞们在音乐的伴奏下，围着火堆跳起左脚舞。跳跃的火焰，映照着人们洋溢着喜悦的脸庞。

As night falls, the fire pile blazes up. Yi compatriots dance the the left foot dance around the fire accompanied by the music. The jumping flames reflect the joyful faces of the people.

还可以欣赏流传千年的双河秧佬鼓，极具震撼的表演带你穿越回汉代。

You can also enjoy Shuanghe seedling drum that spreads a thousand years, a very shocking performance which takes you back to Han dynasty.

激情四溢的禄劝

Enthusiastic Luquan

禄劝火把节内容也很丰富，精彩纷呈的节目、篝火晚会、羊汤锅美食宴、激情斗牛、野生菌交易……好不热闹。

Luquan Torch Festival also has very rich content. Wonderful programs, bonfire party, goat soup pot feast, passionate bullfighting, wild bacteria trading... so lively.

除了彝族外，禄劝世居的傈僳族、苗族等也加入其中。

In addition to Yi ethnic group, Lisu and Miao ethnic groups which have lived in Luquan for generations also join them.

万人来到民族广场围着高高的火堆跳笛脚舞，熊熊的火把，醇香的美酒，一起欢度这一年一度的盛大节日。

Ten thousand people come to the national square to dance flutes feet dance around the high fire pile, the burning torches, mellow liquor, celebrating this annual grand festival together .
